Cranky and mean

That upsets me. I don't mind being a dick and making people cry, if that was what I meant to do in the first place. I do mind it when I didn't mean to do it.
I mean, I know I'm under a lot of stress with work and life stuff, but, geez, I didn't realize I was being a superdick to everyone. More worrying is that I can't see when I'm doing it, so I don't see how to stop doing it.
Maybe I need to find something that really DOES piss me off and go all spittle-flecked nonlinear on it.
