Minor updates to mapping tools

athorntonI've modified makemap.pl in the mapping tools mentioned at:

The SVG now renders correctly on both WebKit and Firefox, and looks OK in Opera 10 Beta and Google Chrome Beta as well.
I also tweaked the description file a little to make the walls of the cathedral thicker, so the cross shape is evident.
